2. Our Business Policy

2.1 Coppa d’ Oro offers IGT red, white and rosè wines either for the restaurants or for the large-scale retail trade. Its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers".

"Consumer" shall mean any inpidual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession.

2.2 Coppa d’ Oro reserve the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not comply with Coppa d’ Oro business policy.

3 Regulated Actions

3.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on Vinicoppadoro.it

3.2 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties which are on Vinicoppadoro.it through links, banners or other hypertext links.

4. How to Execute a Contract with Coppa d’ Oro

4.1 In order to execute a purchase contract of wines on Coppa d’ Oro website, you need to choose the products to put in the shopping trolley. Then it’ s necessary to follow the procedure of registration (by accepting the general conditions) or authentication (registered users only). Afterwards you are asked to choose the shipping address, the way of shipment and the payment way as well. At last you have to check all the inserted data and confirm your order.

4.2 Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read summary You can print a copy through the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.

4.3 An order shall be deemed to have been submitted upon the electronic receipt by Coppa d’ Oro of your order form.

4.4 The order form will be filed in our data base for such a period of time required in order to process your order and as provided by law.

4.5 Every user can manage its personal account in Coppa d’Oro home page. At the moment of registration/authentication it’ s possible to use the control panel in order to manage the Account Information ( to change the account personal data), the Shipment information (to change/add the shipping address) and display the order summary as well.

4.6 After your order form has been submitted, Coppa d’ Oro will process your order

4.7 Coppa d’ Oro may not process purchases that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect

4.8 According to articles 1341 and 1342 of Italian civil law, by submitting an order form and contracting with Coppa d’ Oro, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on Vinicoppadoro.it

4.9 Upon submission of an order form, Coppa d’Oro shall send to you, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the wine’s main characteristics, a detailed indication of the price, terms of payment, return right and shipping costs).

5. Warranties and Indication of product prices

5.1 On Vinicoppadoro.it we offer for sale only top-quality wines produced by ourselves

5.2 The main characteristics of products are shown on www.vinicoppadoro.it inside each product schedule. The products offered for sale on www.vinicoppadoro.it may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or of the monitor used.

5.3 Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

5.4 Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Coppa d’Oro will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

6.2 In case of payment by credit card through PayPal System, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A. which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by Coppa d’ Oro except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing relevant refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases or frauds to the police.

6.3 The price for the purchase of wines and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when the wines are actually delivered.

7. Value Vouchers

7.1 Value vouchers are personalised codes which allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on Coppa d’ Oro .

7.2 . The Coppa d’ Oro Code box is displayed on the first page of the basket: after you have inserted your wines in the basket and entered your code, press New Total. In the pop-up window, you will need to select the item to which you wish to apply your voucher. Select the item and press apply

7.3 Restrictions to the use of value vouchers:

1. The value voucher can be used only once, with the exception of returns (as specified in paragraph 7.4);

2. The value voucher cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for money;

3. You may not use more than one value voucher per order;

7.4 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item to which you applied the value voucher by following the standard return procedure. Once your return has been accepted, the respective code will be restored to its original value. The difference in price between the value voucher and the item you purchased will be fully reimbursed, following the standard refund procedure.
