Coppa d’Oro Winery uses consistent energies in order to prevent the requirements of own customers and to improve the quality and the image of own products on the market.

For all this reason we have brought our structure up to compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 standards, so as to:

• Guarantee the quality of our products
• Doing the best to ensure customer satisfaction
• Effect actions of continuous improvement concerning the environmental area and the quality management

The UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification identifies a series of norms and guidelines which indicate a quality management system.
Through this system it’s possible to observe the corporate process in order to enhance efficacy and efficiency as well as the customer satisfaction.
The conservation, the prevention of pollution and the systematic control of environmental impact of all our activities are integral part of Coppa d’Oro policy.

For this purpose we apply the environmental management system in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 rules to follow the constant improvement as daily practice value.

This rule has been developed by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and now is harmonized and released by the European Committee for Standardization and by the Italian Organization for Standardization.
